Braesideis located in Calgary’s southwest. Annexed in 1956, the community began to develop in 1965. The community allows residents to easily access the recreational opportunities of Fish Creek Provincial Park and the Glenmore reservoir, and is also conveniently located nearby major shopping centres, roadways and the LRT system. The city’s bike path is also located close by. There is a public school in the area.
